HISTORY: The homeowners here have reported seeing on several occasions an apparition of an Indian man inside & outside of their home as well as things in the home being moved around.
Research was done on this location and is still ongoing. We do not know the exact date, but sometime in the 1800's when slavery still existed, a slave owner died leaving his land to a minor slave named Alex. Being a free man, Alex was not of legal age to sell the land and for reasons we do not know, lost the land to an oil company. When Alex became of age, he took a wife and with help from an attorney, they won a lawsuit against the oil company for money due to them for the land.
From here the history of the property becomes vague, but we do know that shortly after the turn of the 20th century, (we believe somewhere between 1920-1930,) a school was built. We have been doing research to find out more information on this school, but so far we haven't been able to find out much about it. A foundation & partial structure of this school is all that is left.***(A picture of the remains will be added later when we have additional data collected.) |

| SUMMARY: On December 12, 2001, we arrived at the Beggs location and began a walk through led by psychic Vicky. Vicky felt the most active area of the location was the North side of the house & property. This is also the back wall area of an old school that is no longer there. Only it's foundation and a little bit of its structure still remains.
We set up equipment outside, & in between the house and the old school foundation. Recording equipment was also set up inside the home. Vicky, after some time, was able to communicate with a spirit there by the name of Richard who claimed to have lived back in the 1940's. He also claimed to have once been in an relationship with a woman name Sylvia who was killed in an accident on the road by this property. Communicating through Vicky Richard also said that this property was a meeting spot for Sylvia & him.
When asked by the homeowners why he kept appearing to them, (especailly to the daughter,) Richard said that he found the daughter to resemble his Sylvia and that he found her very attractive. When the homeowners asked what he wanted, he simply stated that he wanted permission to be on the property as he & Sylvia had good time there and they wanted to use it as a meeting place, but he didn't feel they were welcomed. Richard said he meant them no harm and that he liked the homeowners grandchildren. The homeowners are undecisive as to their decision on giving Richard the permission to stay.
Vicky also picked up on several children whom she felt were crippled or deformed in some way or another. The spirits of the children did not want to communicate with Vicky and there was only one moment where Vicky said she was able to communicate with a 12 year old girl named Dorothy. We don't know if these children are associated with the school or not. We are still researching that information.
As far as any paranormal activity, we witnessed none and our equipment recorded nothing unusual or paranormal.
