| SEE PICTURES BELOW REPORT Some people have often wondered; "Can a spirit follow you home?" We weren't to sure until one night after an investigation at a VERY active location. Normally before we leave a location we've just investigated, we say a thanks to the spirits for letting us be there, but we tell them that they are not welcome to follow us home.
On this paticular night,(around the first of November 2001,) we left this location very late and were very tired. We also had a long drive home and were not anticipating the drive. We forgot to thank the spirits and most importantly we forgot to tell them they weren't allowed to follow us home!
Thinking about getting home we finally made it. We unloaded our equipment and I placed 4 disks that I, Christy, had filled with pictures from our digital camera. I put them on our computer work station so that I could anaylze them the next morning when we woke up. Upon waking the next morning (Sunday) I went to get the disks and they were gone. I looked all over for them and was even joking to Andy about "Casper the friendly ghost" hiding them. Disappointed about not being able to find them I had given up my search.
Monday morning Andy was working a double shift and had not made it home. I was in my bedroom getting ready to leave the house. Our daughter was in the living room. We both heard a loud bang and went into my bathroom where we saw our bathroom mirror cracked. It looked as if someone had punched it. There was no one in the bathroom. Thinking that the clips which held the mirror in place had come loose, I checked them only to find them secure. This puzzled us as we couldn't figure out what had caused the mirror to break.
Tuesay morning I went into our bathroom and began picking up some magazines that Andy had left on the shelf. Upon moving the magazines I found my disks. I asked Andy if he had put the magazines over my disks. He said he hadn't read any of his magazines in a long while and knew for sure that he hadn't placed them on the shelf over our disks.
Then again, Tuesday evening it was our daughter's birthday party. Andy took a picture of me and our daughter and in the picture a bright bluish-white orb appeared behind us. My curiousity was up high so I decided to take a picture of our cracked mirror to show a couple of other investigators to get their opinion. I took the picture and sent it to several others, awaiting their response. They told me to look closer as in the mirror there was a man's face. We hadn't noticed the face before, but were so curious that we analyzed the photo and sure enough to our surprise there was a man's face. We had found our "Casper." We believe that he is responsible for the strange events. We are only curious as to why he cracked our mirror! We believe that it was for attention to let us know that he was there...mission accomplished...he had our full attention! Unfortunately it's been a while since his visit and we haven't witnessed anything else strange so we believe that our "Casper the unfriendly ghost" went back home!
For safety reasons, we are not going to post the picture of the bright orb we captured on film, but we will post the picture of our cracked mirror with the man's face in the background. Bear in mind that this photo is genuine and will be shown in 3 different stages....one in it's orginal state and the second altered by only a little box around the man's face to allow viewers to see it better and third a zoomed in close picture of the face, unaltered. PLEASE NOTE:*** For safety reasons, our daughters face is blurred out in the photos!
